after the satisfying buffet, we went to The Cathay to watch Just My Luck.. and it was Just My Fate that i hafta watch this.. becoz dearie wans to watch.. sob.. so i was drugged, knocked unconscious and chained to the cinema seat and forced to watch.. exactly how i made dear watch Superman. haha! but well.. it's a romantic comedy.. and i would say, 'it's alrite lah!'

Red underpants

Yeah today went to watch the movie starring a bird. Or was it a plane? Neh, it's the iconic alpha male of the sixties donned in his ridiculously "now is 1960 and its so damn cool to wear red briefs outside blue tights plus a cape" costume. And who can forget his little cute curling pigtail at his fringe? Apparently my dear was so aghast at this super turnoff of a superhero that she protested against watching the movie. But to no avail. She was drugged, knocked unconscious and chained to the cinema seat and forced to witness the full blue glory of mister super in his crimson hot underpants. As the show went on, i could tell she was slowly being mesmerised by the according-to- her-the-pants-was-too-loose hero. She was actually enjoying herself, to say the least. That's good, coz the movie was actually quite entertaining, thanks to the wondrous special effects that doesn't make him look daft while searing through the sky in light speed. And he was kinda cool. Don't we all wished that we could be superman when we were kids?
