I say A, brain say B

It is always wonderful whenever we discover something new about ourselves, for example you never knew that lacy feminine clothes could be so mesmerizing (not saying that it is for me), or that you had millions of moles residing at your bum making it look like a sesame bun, or that you actually like the taste of bi sai.

Today, or rather the past few weeks, i found out something that i had never knew that would be afflicting me. However i suspect everyone already knew that certain trait is associated with me, and to a certain extent i had already suspected that i displayed that trait, despite how much i never acknowledged it before.

Yes.

An eye-blinding shaft of light descended on me today.

It was followed by an inexplicable adrenaline-like rush.

The sudden cacophnic sounds of an orchestra of harps and organs began playing subconsciously in my mind.

The prospect of an anvil descending on me gave way to the whistling sound of an anvil bulleting vertically towards me. (In case you have no childhood and don't watch the likes of loderunner or the cayote, an anvil is something that makes your head very very pain when one falls on it.)

A relevation dawned on me, and it struck me like a lightning.

It is this: I don't do what my brain says.

It has to be. Instead of doing what my brain logically suggests to study more on my paper tomorrow, i am sitting here typing about pointless stuff like self-realization and anvils and acme cartoons. And playing fm.

Say Bee.
