W+a+g+y+u=delicious

Ever wondered where the hell 'Wagyu' is or what on earth is it? The answer is simply this: It means Whack You. Whack all of it. Whack the tongue. Whack the ribs. Whack the gorgeously layered streaks of fats sandwiched in between the tenderest of the tenderest meat you will ever taste. Whack the cow whack all of it. Leave no part of it undigested. No part of the Wagyu cow.

Wagyu beef - in short it is sensationalism in your taste buds at its very best. And what way better to cook in a flaming japanese style of charcoal bbq. Unfortunately, it is also the single most wallet-burning food you can ever find. Just a dish of a paltry 100 grams of meat can cost you up to $20. So imagine me with a voracious appetite that can rival a bull's (pun very much intended) and as i watch agape the price spiralling exponentially up like nobody's business.

But its worth it- every ounce of the red meat that went sliding down our throat was an experience. So was the bill.

And i got a present!!!
